Biology - Bachelor of Science, Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Emphasis Overview

Type: Pre-Professional

Students may select study from a variety of emphasis areas. Aside from these program areas, you can graduate under the general biology curriculum and custom select courses to meet your interests.  The Bachelor of Science degree in Biology requires 10 hours in a foreign language.  Many students in Biology go on to medical school. Your choices can lead to a variety of possible biology careers or graduate training based on your interests. 

Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental

The Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental emphasis will prepare you for entry into to medical schools (medical, osteopathic medicine, and dental schools), or graduate medical research programs.
